Exception raised when calling sync.init

Problem posted by Mario D'Anna on Jun 15, 2017 15:05 EDT

I am new to the Kony platform and I am testing Kony Sync. I have defined a SyncScope and all looks fine server side. I have implemented some simple code to initialize the sync: ----------------------------------------------------------------- var appKey = 'c0106294a3fb8b5116a2ebbe3085c68'; var appSecret = '89d080aa6d16f0907e1410bbaabc6364'; var serviceURL = 'http://192.168.1.148:9090/authService/100000002/appconfig'; var client; var login = function() {     client = new kony.sdk();     client.init(appKey, appSecret, serviceURL, function(response) {       var loginFrm = kony.application.getCurrentForm();       var username = loginFrm.usernameTxt.text;       var password = loginFrm.passwordTxt.text;       var authClient = client.getIdentityService('userstore');       authClient.login({                 userid: username,         password: password       }, function(response) {         var ntf = new kony.mvc.Navigation("SyncFrm");         ntf.navigate();             }, function(response){         alert("login failure: " + JSON.stringify(response));       });       }, function(response) {       alert("init failure: " + JSON.stringify(response));     });   }; var initSync = function(){   var syncObj = client.getSyncService();   syncObj.init(function(response){     alert("init ok: " + JSON.stringify(response));   }, function(response){     alert("init failure: " + JSON.stringify(response));   }); }; ----------------------------------------------------- When the syncObj.init statement gets executed I am getting an error alert "UnhandledException: KonySyncLogger is not defined" I cannot understand what I did wrong, please help if you can   Mario

I am getting the same exception in Android phone only.

The code works fine in iPhone simulator & iPhones.
