Actions applied to flex container crash

Problem posted by Christopher Mejia on Jul 10, 2017 20:17 EDT

Hi team, When working in Visualizer I've been experiencing an issue when refreshing or re-launching it. When I do either of these two all the actions that I've applied to flex containers crash and don't work anymore. The blue "link" icon, as well as the action name on the action panel, are still there but the action doesn't work when I run the project. Also when trying to click the blue "link" icon on the actions panel to remove the action it doesn't remove the action. The only way for me to make the actions work again is ti duplicate the flex container and then I can remove the action by clicking the blue "link" icon and applying the action again. Can anyone help me out with this issue? It is frustrating as I have to re-link all the actions everytime I close out the program or do a refresh to get new image assets to load. Thanks.

Hi Christopher,

Apologies for the inconvenience.

Kindly try to import your application in new workspace and check. If issue still persists then kindly get back to us with your application if possible so that we can check at our end. Also share your plugin screenshot by navigating to Window menu ---> ShowView ---> Plugins.

Hi Madhuri,

Thanks a lot for your quick reply.

Yes, I've tried exporting and importing the project in a new workspace and it has the same effect as if I refresh or exit/relaunch Visualizer.

Find attached the screenshot for the plugins window as well as the exported Visualizer project.

Thanks for your help.
