Hi Sanjay,

Apologies for the inconvenience if any.

Please close and relaunch your Visualizer Enterprise and check if its still taking time.If so, Kindly provide below details to proceed/degug further.

1) If the application is loading/refreshing after considerable amount of time OR is it showing as loading.. and application is not loading.

2) Total time it is taking to load/refresh

3) Your machine details

4) Please check if any action is taking too long from the log, konystudio.log under the path <<C:\Users\<<ID>>\Kony Visualizer\vizdata\logs>> in windows machine. Provide us with log as well.
