Kony Visualizer Starter

Hi Team, I have Kony Visualizer Starter V 7.2.1.2 installed in my windows system. When I try to login through Visualizer Starter, it always show error message as "getaddrinfo EAI_AGAIN api.kony.com:443" and cannot login. Please let us know what needs to be done to resolve it. PFA. Thanks, Sameer

https://manage.kony.com/ 
https://api.kony.com/ 
https://visualization.kony.com/ 
 

please disable the automatic configuration script for proxy in LAN settings
