Kony Visualizer 7.3 installation issue in Windows 7

Hi team, Getting 'Startup encountered an issues' popup while opening the visualizer workbench. I have installed 'KonyVisualizerEnterprise_x64-7.3.0'. All the paths set correctly in evironment variables. Please let me know the next steps to resolve this issue.

Hi Ravi,

If you are trying to install kony in your office machine, make sure you have administrator rights/permission.

And also try one more time to install Kony in various partition other than C:
Before all of that restart you machine and let it idel for 2 - 3 minutes after startup.

Hi Vadivel,

Installed the viz with admin rights only. We have only c drive, which is an organizational policy. 

I did restart and tried agian. After changing the proxy settings, I am getting connection refused error. Attached the .log file for more information.

Hi Ravi,

Kindly go to the file globalPreferences.JSON in the <Visualizer Instalaltion folder>/Kony_Visualizer_Enterprise.

Check if the port numbers given here are open for you. Also please close any other Visualizers if they are open in your machine.
