Kony Management Cloud error

Hi, I recently got my license and went to manage my cloud account and im getting this error kindly assist.   Error is attached. Regards,

Hi,

Can you please help us with more details that helps in understand the exact issue:

1) Please clear browser cache and hit the URL "https://manage.kony.com". Enter your cloud credentials and let us know if you are able to login successfully.

2) Let us know if you are able to access all the links in this URL. Please guide us at what step OR on clicking which links you are facing above error.

Hi,

I cleared the cache and in fact used  the different browser with cleaned cache), still getting the errors. Here are the steps,

 

1. Went to main kony home page, logged in with my account and went to "Console"

2. In Console, the whole page is empty (there are no options like it was in my trial account). The trial and licensed emails are different btw.

3. Click "Apps" and it crashes.

4. Opened Visualizer, tried to logged in with my account, saying Visualization Cloud is disabled and asked me to manage it.

5. When I went to management, after again logging, it is now saying you are account is not asscoiated with Kony Account. Not sure what is happening.

To further assist you,

1. The license transferred to my email address and got the email to "reset" my password even though I never had created the account with Kony in first place. I was just using my other trial account.

2. I went ahead and reset my password successfully.

3. I received licensing for all Kony products yesterday and tried to login again and there you go , the errors. All errors screen shots are attached.

Hi,

 

 
After investigation we figured out that user "dfmchannel@dfm.ae" does not belong to the cloud account that holds the visualization cloud an that is the reason you are not seeing the clouds and trial option.
 
Regarding the access to visualizer , user "Farhan Khan mkhan@dfm.ae"   is the owner of  cloud account that contains visualization  trial cloud  "farhankhanvisual" , he should invite the user "dfmchannel@dfm.ae" to his account and provide the "full access" to the user for that cloud ( "farhankhanvisual" ) .  Once you receive the invitation over the mail , please do accept the invitation to complete the access. 
 
Note:  "farhankhanvisual" cloud is a 90 days trial cloud , cloud was created on Dec 04 2014 .

I thought dfmchannel@dfm.ae is another account. Why does it have to do anything with mkhan@dfm.ae? Both are separate accounts and I would like to use dfmchannel@dfm.ae as a brand new kony account.

I do not want to associate both accounts with each other. mkhan@dfm.ae was just for checking on the trials.

dfmchannel@dfm.ae must be able to create / manage / update clouds and all various services independent of any association with any other account as this is licensed account

As per your discussions with Saravanan, we requested our internal team to provide trail access to "dfmchannel@dfm.ae" account. They will be soon providing the access.

Hi,

We can download and use Kony Visualizer only using Kony Cloud account.

Download ------> We can download kony Visualizer set up by logging into http://manage.kony.com using cloud account and download the setup file that is added to your cloud account.

Use Visualizer ----> We can use and work with Kony Visualizer, only by logging in using Kony cloud account.

So even with the license, we cannot use visualizer for on-premises purpose?

P.S dfmchannel@dfm.ae still does not have trial access.

1) We can install and launch Kony Visualizer only using cloud account as mentioned in the below documentation but not using any license. You just need Kony cloud account to install and launch. All the installation will be done in your machine only. You can test your visualizer apps locally or remotely(publishing to cloud).
