"free" a license

Hello, we are currently facing a problem with our enterprise license. Due to some installations errors, we had to uninstall and reinstall a Kony Studio application on which we had associated a kony developer enterprise license. The application warned us about deactivating license, but we went too fast and didn't check out how to perform that action. When we reinstalled Kony Studio on the same machine, we try to use the same license, but received an error message telling us that the limit of users for that license had been reached. From what I understand, we failed to 'un' associate the license when we desinstalled the Kony Studio application. What is the process to follow to successfully un associate the license from a desinstalled Kony Studio application ?
