Invalid Database connection details. Not authorized to access private endpoint

When I try to conect with my local database on Configure Services - Synchronization - New - Data Source Type - Database,  i get this message "Invalid Database connection details. Not authorized to access private endpoint".   Database Type - MYSQL Database Connection URL - jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306 Please, How to solve this problem
